Lunch & Learn, Product Showcase, Back to Back 65 Mile Supercar Rally Tours & Happy Hour
PCM (acquired by Insight) was looking for a unique Denver location to host a lunch and learn for some of their top clients. Since they had previously done Supercar track experiences around the US, they were excited to offer Oxotic’s Rally Tours through the Rocky Mountains followed by a networking happy hour. By spending time exploring PCM’s vision and goals for the event, we were able to host one of their most successful client events to date.
Objectives
One on One time between Sales Associates and multiple Top Clients
Focused lunch and learn presentations hosted by industry experts for added value rather than product pushing
Turnkey event that the PCM Organizer could handoff to Oxotic and have arrangements made for a seamless event from start to finish
Activity that both PCM Staff and Clients would enjoy and provide a memorable experience between the two to foster relationships
The Experience
65 Mile Rally Tour with a photo stop at the Wind Turbines with a FlatIrons backdrop
32 participants, two waves of tours, eight Supercars requested with additional cars available depending on client preference
First group arrived in the morning for the tour, second group arrived in the early afternoon, everyone enjoyed lunch and presentations, then the second group went on the tour
Casual happy hour where guests were welcome to roam around the Event Center and network
Photos and Video Lanyards for all guests
Extra Perks
Organized specific pairings of Sales Team and Clients during certain legs of the tour
Logistical help for presentation equipment, receiving of event swag, and coordination of returns for PCM and vendors
Custom itinerary to fit Sales Team agenda and scheduling needs
